About Miharu Ogawa grew up believing that two people destined to fall in love were tied by a Red String of Fate. What will she do when she finds her chances at love have been cut short by an arranged marriage with a complete stranger? Red String is primarily a story about love and growing up. The series itself has found appeal with both male and females. Dark Horse Comics has published the first volume of the series in graphic novel format and will be releasing volume two on Januaru 23, 2008. The idea of the radio play was conceived by Crystal Miller in September 2005. She did all of the initial preparations including (but not limited to) scripting of the play, holding auditions, and casting. Gina Biggs revived the play in October of 2006 and took up the reigns of producer. Crystal is still involved in the project and will eventually even be giving a voice to one of the characters.
