    Shipping & Payment Information

    Do you ship outside of the USA?
    Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be more for orders outside of the USA.

    How much are the shipping costs?
    Paypal automatically calculates your shipping costs based on the weight of the final order (both domestically and internationally). I have set it up to try to give you the lowest shipping cost possible for your order.

    I don't have Paypal. Can I use a money order?
    If you wish to place an order without paypal, I also accept Checks or Money Order payments, but will not ship until your payment has cleared. Please contact me with your name, shipping address, and the items you wish to purchase. I will send your order total with shipping costs and my address where you can send payment. I hope to streamline this option in the near future.

    How long will it take to process and ship my order?
    This is a one-woman operation, so I hand pack all orders myself. I do one to two shipping runs in a week depending on how many orders I receive that week. Sometimes it is as fast as twenty-four hours, but can take up to a week. As long as your order does not contain any pre-order or out-of-stock items it will ship within one week. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

    If you have not received your package in a reasonable time, please contact me and be sure to include the date you placed your order as well as the email address you used with paypal.

    How can I track my order?
    I ship all orders through the regular Postal Service and I do not normally purchase tracking services. This is an extra charge and must be requested with your order.

    My order was shipped to the wrong address. What happens now?
    It is important to make sure your Paypal information is up-to-date and correct before ordering to avoid these problems. I ship to the address provided in the paypal receipt unless otherwise noted. If I do not receive the correct address from you and the items ships, you will have to pay shipping again in order to receive your items. If the fault is mine (ie. the package address does not match up with the paypal order receipt), I will reship the item at our expense.

    I have a question about my order. What info should I provide with my email?
    If you have made a payment via Paypal, please include the email address you used to place the order and the date your order was submitted (aka the date on your paypal receipt). The transaction number is useless to me because Paypal gives the seller and buyer different numbers.

     

    Returns & Exchanges

    Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
    Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Any returns or exchange requests should be made within five days of receipt of item(s) ordered.

    T-SHIRTS: If there is a defect with the shirt, please contact me with a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo. As long as I have the shirt size in stock, I will exchange the shirt for a non-defective one. T-shirts should not have been washed or worn.

    BOOKS: Book are only accepted when there is an actual defect with the book and only as an exchange for the same item. Contact me with a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo.

     

    Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

    What is a Pre-Order?
    A pre-order is an order for an item that I do not yet have in stock. I usually take pre-orders to gauge interest in a particular item and help me to determine how many of that item to order. I am a one-woman operation and all of my items are paid for up-front and the money earned from pre-orders goes toward the initial printing cost of that particular shirt or book. Usually, pre-orders have cool bonuses or discounts as an extra incentive for buying early.

    If I order a pre-order item along with other items when will my order ship?
    Unless you pay extra shipping to have the items shipped separately, your order will be held until the pre-order item becomes available in our store.

    What does it mean when your items are Out-of-Stock?
    This means I have run out of stock of that particular item. Usually, by this time I have already placed an order to restock this item. Out-of-stock items generally take about a month to restock.

     

    T-Shirts

    How do you make your shirts?
    The current designs are personally silk-screened by hand by me. New t-shirt designs will be done by a t-shirt silk-screening printer.

    What is the difference between a Unisex and a Jr.Cut shirt?
    Unisex is usually considered a men's t-shirt. It is usually straight all the way through the torso and has longer sleeves. A Jr.Cut, or a Ladies cut, is more slender in the torso and has shorter sleeves. It is usually two sizes smaller than a Unisex size.

    Do you have sizes larger than XL?
    I do not generally order sizes larger than Unisex XL because they cost more and demand is low. When I am accepting pre-orders for a shirt, I can accept orders for larger sizes. However, due to the extra costs, the shirt itself will be more.
